Required Documents for USA Visa
 

Tourist Visa:

Passport:

Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
 b) Attach all your old passports (if any).
c) If any visa request was refused, details of original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.

United States Visa Application Form: we will do it for you

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 2*2)

Covering-Letter:

Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of United States, Dhaka.

Invitation Letter: (If Any)

Forwarding-Letter:
a) Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.
b) Visa request letter from the educational institute or student card/evidence of school enrollment (if student)

Proof of Occupation:
a) Company registration certificate (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original) if the applicant is a first time traveler or a proprietor.
b) Office ID card copy & Visiting cards.

Financials:
a) Company’s or Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.
b) Salary slip for the last six months. (If Any)

Airline & Hotel Reservation: Ticket Itinerary & Hotel Booking.

Business Visa:

07 Months Valid Passport With Old Passport (If have)
Personal or Company bank statement of last 06 months and minimum balance BDT 70,000 for each applicant
Renewal trade license copy with notary public (english translated)
Visiting card
Marriage certificate copy (if spouse name not mentioned in the passport)
Memorandum for limited company form page XII (One photo copy)
TIN certificate tax return copy
Personal bank solvency certificate
Passport bio page scan copy
Previous visited countries name
List all educational Institutions you attend
Names, address and phone number of present employer or school
Monthly salary in local currency & designation (If employed)
Parents and spouse information (Name,date of birth,birth place)
Provide your previous employment information(Employer name, address, Telephone number, Job Title, Supervisor’s name, dates of employment (From-to)
Company letter head pad
NID or birth certificate (must) one photo copy
Document of properties
Blue book photocopy of car if any
Document of other income if any
Recent color photograph (size 2x2, matt paper)
All documents of financial solvency, Like: FDR, Share, Bonds or Other savings, security deposit or cash investment

Govt Job Holder Visa:

07 Months Valid Passport With Old Passport (If have)
Visiting card
Marriage certificate copy (if spouse name not mentioned in the passport)
GO And Note verbal or letter of introduction LOI (Issued by foreign ministry of Bangladesh office)
TIN certificate tax return copy
Passport bio page scan copy
Previous visited countries name
List all educational Institutions you attend
Parents & spouse information(Name,date of birth & birth place)
Names, address and phone number of present employer or school
Monthly salary in local currency & designation (If employed)
Parents and spouse information (Name,date of birth,birth place)

Job Holder Visa:

07 Months Valid Passport With Old Passport (If have)
Visiting card
No objection certificate (NOC)
BMDC certificate for doctor (Scan copy)
BAR council certificate (One photo copy)
Marriage certificate copy (if spouse name not mentioned in the passport)
GO And Note verbal or letter of introduction LOI (Issued by foreign ministry of Bangladesh office)
